The applicants filed an originating application seeking relief against the respondents. The respondents were former employees of either the first or second applicant. The applicants sought the following relief against the respondents: injunctive relief against the respondents, declarations, orders regarding damages, equitable compensation, compensation pursuant to s 1317H of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), costs and interest.
At the same time the applicants sought the following: interlocutory relief until further order, an order for the respondents to file and serve on the applicants an affidavit, and an order that costs of the interlocutory application be reserved.
