This matter concerned a Constable of Police who applied for a review of the finding of misconduct made against him by the Deputy Commissioner. The allegations of misconduct included:
- Failure to diligently fulfil official duties due to a personal interest involving an individual
- Providing false and misleading information on a Queensland Police Service QP9
- Being untruthful during a disciplinary interview
