The Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) sought leave to appeal against the decision of the Tribunal to extend time to the Respondent to file an application to review a decision by the QBCC to make payments under the statutory insurance scheme in respect of work not completed under three separate construction contracts and to recover that amount from the Respondent.
Leave to appeal was granted.
