The article examines the adult guardianship systems and legal frameworks in Australia and China. It considers whether features of the Australian guardianship system could influence developments in Chinese law, taking into account the different cultural and societal values of each country. Additionally, the article proposes a model for China that incorporates successful elements of the Australian experience.
