This matter concerned the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Regulator and a grievance lodged by one employee against a number of employees in the Cairns Magistrates Court. The alleged lack of transparency of the grievance process was alleged to have caused major distress. The court considered whether the management action taken was unreasonable.
