An application for an extension of time within which to seek special leave to appeal from a unanimous decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Queensland to dismiss an appeal from the decision of the primary judge.
The court held that the application had insufficient prospects of success to warrant a grant of special leave.
