Aurizon Network Pty Ltd sought declaratory relief in the Supreme Court of Queensland about the proper construction of a term in an access undertaking which had been approved by the Queensland Competition Authority under the Queensland Competition Authority Act 1997 (Qld). The Queensland Resources Council Ltd also appeared in the litigation.
