Friday 16 July 2021, the Law Council of Australia will host its regular ‘Hot Topics in Commonwealth Compensation’ program, chaired by The Hon Justice David Thomas, President of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. This year’s edition is online only with Nicholas Andreatidis QC, of these chambers, contributing to the panel ‘Legal Technology: lessons learned from the pandemic and strategies for the future’. Heidi Schweikert (Schweikert Harris) is panel chair, with Jessica Der Matossian (Director of Digital Practice at the Federal Court of Australia) also contributing.
The other panel on the day is ‘Strategies to improve timeliness of tribunal proceedings’.
