What will the seminar cover? The presenters will look at two important current topics in international and domestic arbitration. Helen Morton will give a presentation on multi-tiered dispute resolution/arbitration clauses, and the enforceability of obligations under them to attempt to resolve disputes by negotiation or mediation prior to arbitration. This will be followed by a Q&A session on third-party funding in arbitrations, with a panel consisting Tom McDonald (Vannin Capital), Shane Doyle QC and Shane Monks.
