An interlocutory application seeking interrogatories from lawyers in relation to an issue of a potential conflict of interest and the consequent issue of possible enjoinder. Justice Collier ordered that answers be provided by lawyers to interrogatories regarding allegations of a conflict of interest. Her Honour concluded that there was a prima facie case in respect of the correlative enjoinder application.
