This case involved a series of complex disputes between a principal and contractor in relation to a construction package for the Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal, under a modified version of AS2124-1992.
Among other issues, the judgment of Flanagan J considers the entitlement of a contractor to additional payments for variation claims and delay claims and the entitlement of a principal to recoup monies under a final certificate.
