Further interlocutory application by Mr Murdoch to amend his originating application and statement of claim in relation to the defamation proceeding Murdoch v Private Media Pty Ltd [2022] FCA 1275. In these proceedings, Mr Murdoch also sought to join senior officers of Private Media as respondents.
