Jason Mitchenson (with D Logan KC) appeared for the applicants, instructed by Dundas Lawyers.
The applicants sued the respondents for (amongst other things) breaches of statutory, equitable and contractual obligations of confidence, knowing participation in a dishonest and fraudulent design, breaches of copyright and misleading or deceptive conduct.
The Federal Court upheld the applicants claims against the first, second, third, fourth and sixth respondents ordering various forms of relief, including damages, additional damages, an account of profit, injunctions and corrective notices.
