This proceeding concerned an appeal against a decision of the Brisbane City Council to approve, subject to conditions, a residential development within an exhausted quarry site located in Queensland. Issues raised in this matter included whether the development was non-compliant with the objectives of the planning scheme as well as whether the development causes unsatisfactory traffic and town planning impacts.
