Queensland Young Lawyers (QYL) and the barristers at Level Twenty Seven Chambers curated a series of four CPDs spanning 2022 to provide young lawyers with knowledge essential to their role.
The final installment ‘Disclosure’ will be facilitated by Sarah Spottiswood and Oliver Cook on Thursday 10 November. Sarah and Oliver are barristers practising from Level Twenty Seven Chambers but prior to commencing at the Bar they were solicitors in government departments and an international law firm respectively. They will draw from a deep understanding of the litigation process to highlight key elements of disclosure, identify potential obstacles and suggest potential solutions to those obstacles from the perspective of both solicitors and barristers.
The session will commence 1730 (Brisbane) with drinks to follow the formal knowledge sharing element. There is an option to join online. Tickets should be purchased on the QYL website.
