Whether you are considering a career as a barrister or curious as to why some wear superhero capes, you are welcome to join Level Twenty Seven Chambers for an informal and candid Q & A session about different paths to becoming a barrister and what it is like to practise at the Commercial Queensland Bar.
What will the Q & A cover?
The panel will touch on the qualities expected of barristers, professional training requirements, managing perceived hurdles, work experience, applying to a chambers and managing a professional life with a personal one.
Attendees are invited to submit questions to the panel ahead of the event either via their university coordinating representative or Chambers’ Records Manager Tamara McCombe (tamara.mccombe@level27chambers.com.au). There will be an opportunity to ask questions during the session.
