During this time, Kiri was involved in numerous large projects in the region including Airport Link, Gold Coast Light Rail and Marina Bay Sands. Passionate about improving outcomes in the construction industry, Kiri established her own consultancy practice to work with clients, industry and its participants to do just that, mediations being one of the tools she believes can benefit clients.
Glenn Newton QC (barrister, Level Twenty Seven Chambers)
Having taken Silk in 2006, Glenn is a highly experienced trial and appellate advocate with wide ranging expertise in the commercial law context. Glenn’s practice is now focused on mediation and ADR appointments, as well as advising clients and conducting case appraisals and expert determinations. He is listed in Doyle’s Guide 2018-2020 as a leading Queensland mediator.
Michael May (barrister, Level Twenty Seven Chambers)
Within his broad broad commercial and administrative law practice Michael assists clients with litigation and all forms of alternative dispute resolution.
