• Acting for a contractor in a Victorian Supreme Court proceeding involving extension of time, variation and other contractual claims arising in relation to the construction of a gas plant.
• Acting for a joint venture contractor in an adjudication under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 (Qld) in connection with a project for the construction of a coal handling and processing plant.

• Acting for a Papua New Guinean hydroelectricity provider in a judicial review proceeding challenging the imposition of an obligation to pay levies for electricity generation.
• Acting for a Papua New Guinean subsidiary of a large multinational mining company in a multitude of related judicial review and interlocutory proceedings, commenced following the refusal of its application for extension of a mining lease.
• Acting for a subsidiary of an Australian petroleum company in a judicial review proceeding challenging an administrative decision in relation to an application for a Petroleum Development Licence.
• Acting for a mining and exploration company defending a proceeding commenced by a competitor mining company, seeking judicial review of a decision to refuse an extension of its exploration licence.
