The proceeding involved an application for administrative review of a decision made by the QBCC to issue a direction to rectify to a builder in respect of renovation works undertaken at a residential property in Seven Hills. Following the hearing, 11 items the subject of the direction to rectify remained in dispute.
The QBCC was substantially successful in the proceeding, the tribunal upholding 8 of the 11 items directed by the QBCC. Orders to that effect were made accordingly.
