There is has been an increasing number of corporate and personal insolvencies. This is likely to increase. As the number of administrations increase so do the number of public examinations. Professionals, including lawyers, are not immune from being summoned to appear at an examination or produce documents.
This seminar will explore from the perspective of an applicant and an examinee the examination process.
