A case concerning a contractual dispute involving the supply, by the plaintiff, of automatic teller machines and associated equipment to the defendant. An agreement was reached between the parties, but the issue for determination was whether the agreement was for the sale or rental of supplies. The court found that a rental arrangement existed, as opined by the plaintiff. The parties were ordered to determine what consequential relief is required to quell the controversy.
