An appeal from the dismissal of an application for judicial review concerning whether and how scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions are to be considered by the Land Court when making recommendations on applications for the grant of a mining lease under the Mineral Resources Act 1989 (Qld) and an environmental authority under the Environmental Protection Act 1994 (Qld).
