The Applicant sought a review of the Respondent’s decision to issue the Applicant with an exclusion (previously a negative notice) from working with people with a disability under the Disability Services Act 2006 (Qld), which prevented the Applicant from obtaining a “yellow card”. On the basis that the Applicant had committed previous offences, the Tribunal upheld the Respondent’s decision not to remove the exclusion.
