Michael Trim, instructed by Sparke Helmore Lawyers, appeared on behalf of Titan Insulation Pty Ltd, at an inquest into the deaths of Matthew James Fuller, Reuben Kelly Barnes and Mitchell Scott Sweeney, who were all fatally electrocuted while installing insulation at different domestic locations as part of the Federal Government, Home Insulation Program.
The inquest involved many sitting days, 27 witnesses giving oral evidence and some 770 statements, records of interview, reports etc being tendered into evidence.
