This was an appeal against a decision ordering partners in a partnership agreement to pay the other partners a sum of money to equally in the loss of one project. It was held that the partnership business was profitable overall, the trail judge erred in apportioning only the loss on one project without also apportioning the profit on another project. The appeal was allowed.
