A referral to QCAT for a disciplinary proceedings against the respondent, at the relevant time a registered medical practitioner, under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Qld) s 193B(2). The Medical Board of Australia alleged that the respondent engaged in professional misconduct in that he breached certain conditions of his registration by taking illicit drugs whilst a registered medical practitioner.
