An application, brought by Clive Palmer and various others, for orders that Justice Bond recuse himself from further hearing a proceeding managed on the commercial list and arising from the liquidation of Queensland Nickel.
It was argued, among other things, that findings his Honour made in an application for interlocutory freezing orders, gave rise to an apprehension of bias.
