ACICA45 organises networking and educational activities around Australia to encourage emerging arbitration practitioners.
‘The Art of Persuasion‘ is the title of a panel discussion being hosted by ACICA45 on 9 June in Brisbane. Attendees will hear Dr Sean Brady (Managing Director and forensic engineer), Erika Williams (Independent Arbitration Practitioner) and Melissa Yeo (Partner-Elect) impart advice from their experience in arbitration to master skills in written and oral advocacy, building a profile as an arbitration practitioner and winning work.
Barrister and ACICA45 Steering Committee member Oliver Cook will co-moderate the panel with solicitor Ashley Chandler.
