Quentin Cregan was an invited speaker at the Licensing Executives Society (LES) Germany conference on “Industie 4.0 und IP mit Exkurs zum BREXIT” hosted at the IBM Watson IoT Munich Center on 10 November 2017. The other speakers included Ken-ichi Nagasawa, Head of IP for Canon Inc; Beat Weibel, Head of IP for Siemens AG; Dr. Wolfgang Kellenter, Partner at Hengeler Mueller; and Dr. Christoph Enst of the Ministerialdirigent im Bundesjustizministerium along with other leading IP professionals.
Quentin spoke on global and EU-level protections and rights enforcement for computer software through patents, copyright, and trade secrets law.
