Mark Eade (led by J Horton QC) appeared for the successful appellant in Appeal No 3650 of 2017 in which the Court of Appeal overturned the decision of the Supreme Court finding the appellant (a former occupier of railway land) liable in nuisance for erosion caused to a gully located on private land.
