2026Overview
Nick’s civil and commercial practice focuses on resources and energy, native title, land law and property, planning and environment, employment, competition and consumer law, and commercial disputes.
Before coming to the Bar, Nick worked at King & Wood Mallesons where he undertook mining, native title and corporate work. He was also legal counsel at Glencore, one of the world’s largest multinational mining and commodity trading companies, where he gained a deep understanding of the commercial and operational realities of the mining industry and issues relating to native title. He subsequently worked overseas in London for global services company Sodexo. This combined experience across both private practice and in-house legal roles enables him to approach matters from both a legal and commercial perspective, with an emphasis on providing clear, practical and effective advice and advocacy.
Nick is a former Associate to the Honourable Justice David Jackson of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
