An appeal against the Brisbane City Council’s approval of a small lot subdivision at Doolandella involving the suitability of a proposed temporary vehicular access, the location of parkland and lot density. It also considered the construction of a local neighbourhood plan as well as the principles in Ashvan Investments Unit Trust v Brisbane City Council & Ors [2019] QPEC 16 and Gold Coast City Council v K & K (GC) Pty Ltd [2019] QCA 132.
