Scott McLeod KC and Matthew Wilkinson appeared for the respondent, the State of Queensland (Department of the Premier and Cabinet), in an application to reopen proceedings in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission. The applicant sought injunctive relief in the QIRC concerning alleged unlawful reprisals pursuant to the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010 (Qld). The applicant’s application was dismissed.
