This judgment concerns an application by the plaintiff to file a third and forth further amended statement of claim. The Court refused leave to amend as these amendments come late in proceedings, the plaintiff has had previous opportunities to amend before now and does not have a satisfactory explanation for the delay. Additionally, the proposed amendment would have a wide scope and would likely delay proceedings causing strain and inconvenience to the people involved.
