Matthew Hickey appeared for the Non-State Schools Accreditation Board in an application for review brought in the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal. The applicant was a school whose accreditation the Board had amended by removing the school’s entitlement to teach year 11 and 12 students, because of the school’s alleged non-compliance with the Regulation.
The application was the first of its kind commenced in QCAT under the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017.
