This case involved the disciplinary proceedings of the respondent, a registered nurse, for sending unsolicited messages of a sexual nature to his colleagues, for his inappropriate sexual conduct with his stepdaughter without consent, and for his ‘impairment’ under s 5 of the National Law due to his diagnosed Recurrent Depressive Disorder and/or Alcohol Use Disorder. The respondent was found to have behaved in a way that constituted professional misconduct and was reprimanded.
