Our barristers Matthew Hickey and Bianca Kabel will join the Society of Construction Law (SoCLA) Australia on Thursday 30 April to provide webinar attendees with the most up to date information on a state by state basis regarding recent changes to security of payment regimes and the effects of COVID-19 induced legislation. Attendees will leave the webinar informed of what is and might be when it comes to securing payment for construction projects of all sizes and stages of development.
