On Thursday, 15 October 2026, this session will examine the practical advantages and risks of increasingly expedited arbitration procedures. The panel will consider whether greater speed and efficiency may compromise procedural fairness or the quality of awards, limit opportunities for challenge, or encourage parties to inflate claims to avoid expedited thresholds.
