Barristers from Level Twenty Seven Chambers will discuss the Australian Consumer Law’s role in regulating commercial negotiations and business practices, including:
- unconscionable conduct under the unwritten law;
- developments in the law of unconscionable conduct under s 22 of the ACL;
- misleading and deceptive conduct in the context of online reviews;
- causation issues where misleading conduct is made through a third party.
